Sleep can be so elusive for many of us, yet herbs can be tremendous allies for sleep quality. Maria will share several of her favorite sleep-supportive herbs to grow in the garden and containers including passionflower, lavender, lemon balm, magnolia, and chamomile as featured in her recent book Herbal Remedies for Sleep including specific medicinal attributes for each, growing tips, and cautions.
